We had a Chinese New Year lunch today after morning service at the Coach House by the ever hospitable Hong Kong Shanx2 and China Alex who prepared amazingly good Chinese food. Yum.
After lunch I went for a walk by the Thames with girlfriends Marianne and Anna followed by cakes.
After evening service I had a long chat with two visitors in church who I got along with relatively well.
I went home feeling happy and refreshed with a day full of interactions with people and realising how important it is for me to plan my week to make sure there is a strong balance between social interactions and quality alone time.
