Yummy Sunday lunches

A couple of weeks ago Shanx2, who is a fantastic cook, invited a bunch of us for lunch at the church garden after service.

As she refused all form of help prior to lunch, the rest of us after setting up tables, played with frisbees and enjoyed the lovely summer afternoon.

The guys hard at work setting up everything

I had the important task of taking pictures of course.

The bluebells appeared out of nowhere to grace the church garden

Chris and err... forgot her name. She recently joined the church after spending a number of years attending All Souls (a famous and very large and rich church I might add, physically and spiritually in Central London). Whenever someone from All Souls joins little IPC, the pastor feels like Robin Hood. Taking from the rich (ie All Souls) to feed the poor (ie IPC). Though to be fair, we're as rich as rich can get.

We spent quite a bit of time looking for the frisbees that were thrown wildly into the thick bushes

The absolutely amazing lunch Shanx2 prepared. William on the left, Shanx2, Chris and South-African-girl-whose-name-will-come-back-to-me
