Back from road trip. Good but tiring but not going to do it again anytime soon. Before I went up to Edinburgh EVERYONE who has been there kept telling me how beautiful it is and how different it is from anywhere else in England.
Rizal really did bring good weather with him because we had lovely weather throughout the entire trip.
Edinburgh is an artistic city and has done an amazing job preserving its history and essence and it is one city that makes me want to move permanently to!!
Lots and lots of pictures in Rizal's SLR so will have to wait to get it from him while these pictures are from my Sony mobile.
The pictures are taken in Old Town I think, and the streets despite being a Monday morning were filled with tourists and entertainers and hawkers. Some entertainers clearly amassed quite a bit of coins while there were some that didn't even ask for any money but we reckon they were sponsored by the authorities.
This chap was VERY entertaining. We stopped by to watch him perform magic tricks in the morning and Sky channel was there to film it and air it the same evening! Too bad we didn't have TV to try to catch ourselves on it. We stopped again to watch him in the late afternoon but didn't see any magic tricks. He was just entertaining us with his showmanship and jokes.
