On my third day at work during a team meeting, my manager mentioned my ex-company's age that celebrates its centennial birthday this year. He thought they were older than my new company.
I interjected saying, "No. WE are older than them! We're 105 years old!"
He picked it up quickly and said, "I'm glad you used WE."
Feeling amazingly comfortable in my new work environment. It's a longer commute. The office isn't snazzy and sexy like how MNCs can be.
But there are good people, really strong management and an exciting product. And I'm walking around feeling like I've been here for 4 months rather than just 4 days.
All is well.
