So many things, so many thoughts, so many lessons, I was almost stumbling in trying to keep up with everything. I almost did and had a timely break in Malaysia.
To summarize some of what has kept me busy:
An amazingly blessed time with new company, new team, new friends and new blessings. The camaraderie is great and we're all trying to protect it as much as possible. My boss today spoke very sternly against any possible negativity and how he would take firm action against anyone who is negative.
Someone also donated an old foosball table and we've all gone nuts with it. We may be a wee bit addicted to it, playing every lunch time and after work, but seriously, it's freaking awesome. It helped different people get to know each other better, it's great exercise, it improves reflexes and thinking and very importantly for me, it made me realise that my problem is not being unintelligent or lazy or that sort in life.
My biggest weakness is sustained focus. It's helping to expose the areas of weaknesses and I'm trying to consciously work at correcting those areas when it comes to work and everything else.
Hehe, trying to not gloat so much, I was awesome today at foosball! Of course it was largely because I was partnering with the best player in the company (everyone who partners him always does well in the game). But I held up my end so much so the boys started analysing my game and how I play. It was very satisfying because for the first time I felt I earned respect not because I was "good for a girl" but because I am good. Okay! That's all the gloating I'm gonna make!

I was back in Malaysia for yet another wedding. As each wedding now means travelling, there is now a level of weariness attached to weddings. And I'm nearly quite had enough of it that I declared that the last wedding I'll be attending in Malaysia will be the one at the end of this month.
And just as I announced it, I now have a wedding in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the UK to attend next year.

Sigh.
